APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Payments/Gratuities
Accepted forms: Cash, Check, Credit, Debit, Venmo, Zelle
Payment is due at time of service.
A valid credit card must be kept on file to reserve all appointments.
Returned checks: $35 fee charged to the card on file.
Cancellation / ReschedulE / Lateness / No-Show Policy
Booking a Session:
To reserve and guarantee your appointment, you have two options:
-You may prepay for your session at the time of booking,
or
-You may reserve your spot by securely providing valid credit card information.
Either prepayment or a card on file is required to confirm your appointment. Please review the following cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policies carefully.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment:
-Your saved credit card will be charged for 50% of the session fee,
or
-If you have pre-paid, you will forfeit 50% of your prepayment.
This helps keep the schedule fair and available to others.

Arriving Late
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get the most out of your session.
Arriving late may reduce your hands-on time, as your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment.
No-Show Policy
Failing to show up for your scheduled session without notice will result in:
-Your saved credit card being charged for the full session,
or
-The loss of your pre-payment if you have already paid.
GIFT CERTIFICATE AND PACKAGE POLICIES
Gift certificates: Transferable, not refundable, not redeemable for cash, not valid toward another certificate/series. Expires 2 years from purchase date.
Packages: Must be paid in full at the first appointment. Expires 1 year from purchase date.
